Frozen Yogurt Berry Bars

Tools:  Mixing  Bowl, 9×9 pan, Parchment Paper

Makes: 8 yogurt bars

Ingredients:

3-4 cups yogurt (the less amount of yogurt used, the thinner the bars will be.)

1 cup mixed berries

¼ cup agave syrup or sweetener of choice

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, add yogurt and agave syrup–stir until well combined.

Line a square 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper (leaving the extra paper on the sides), and spoon the mixture into the pan. Smear the thick yogurt smoothing out the top.

Top the yogurt with fresh berries. Cover and freeze for a minimum of 3 hours.

When ready, remove the parchment end paper from the frozen yogurt, and cut into rectangular shapes, serve immediately.

Any leftovers can be stores in the freezer, covered for up to 1 months.
