1 lb. ground chicken or turkey
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon masala spice
½ teaspoon cumin
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon salt
1.) Combine ground meat, olive oil, ginger, garlic, cilantro, and spices into a large mixing bowl, and use your hands to thoroughly mix.
2.) Form the meat into meatballs. Pinch off a piece of meat mixture into your hands and gently roll ,eat between your palms to form 1 – 1 ½–inch meatballs.
3.) Set the stove to medium-high heat, add the oil, and place each meatball into the pan. Cook the meatballs until all sides are golden brown and the internal temperature reaches around 165°Fahrenheit.
Once cooled, store in a freezer-safe bag or container for up to three months.
