Tangy, lemony, and fresh dressing that can be poured onto many salads or marinated in different unimaginable types of meats.
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup lemon juice (about 1 large lemon)
1 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp freshly chopped parsley (optional)
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
In a mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix well until a delicious homologized dressing forms. I Like to mix well for about one minute straight to crush the garlic a little better and force those ingredients together.
Enjoy immediately over a bed of salad or use it for a marinade (see notes).
If using this dressing for a marinade. I would use this recipe for every 1 1/2 pounds of meat. Multiply according for the best results.
Don’t have parsley? Use dill, fresh mint, or oregano instead.
Don’t want garlic breath? Use ginger in place of the garlic.
