Oh my goodness, these are gorgeous! We make pancakes every Christmas morning—it’s become tradition. I’m thinking these need to be the new pancake tradition. My kiddo loves anything with apples, too. Total WIN.

The addition of applesauce made these pancakes so moist and delicious and I think I will be putting cinnamon in my syrup from now on. Delicious!
