- 1 cup of cashews
- 1 cup boiling hot water
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, packed
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt or salt to taste
- Add one cup of raw cashews to the blender along with boiling hot water, garlic powder, onion powder, and cover the blender with a lid and set aside for 10 minutes.
- When ready, add the cilantro and blend on high for a minute or so, or until a green thick and creamy sauce forms.
