Creamy, rich, and decadent, Cilantro-Lime Cashew Cream! Use this velvety non-dairy cream sauce over tacos, tossed into gluten-free pastas, or to marinate meats.



  • 1 cup of cashews
  • 1 cup boiling hot water
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, packed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt or salt to taste


  1. Add one cup of raw cashews to the blender along with boiling hot water, garlic powder, onion powder, and cover the blender with a lid and set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. When ready, add the cilantro and blend on high for a minute or so, or until a green thick and creamy sauce forms.
