The Best Banana Date Shake

This naturally-sweetened Banana Date Shake is creamy, dreamy, and only requires three key ingredients: dates, bananas, and non-dairy milk.


  1. 2 cup almond milk
  2. 3 pitted Medjool dates
  3. 1 banana
  4. 1 tbsp hemp seeds (optional for addtional protein)

Optional for the rim of the glass

2 tablespoons of hemp seeds


  1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend on high (for a minute or so)  until all of the ingredients turn into a smooth and silky shake.
  2. Optional, but I highly recommend it. Grab 2 small bowls. In one bowl, poor about 1/4 cup of the shake and the other bowl, add hemp seeds. Dip the rim of the glass right into the shake–coating the rim, then dip it into the hemp seeds until the rim is fully encrusted.
