In a mixing bowl, add the tomatoes, 1/2 the reserved minced garlic, fresh basil, olive oil, pomegranate molasses, and salt and pepper. Give everything a toss until each tomato is fully coated in the marinade.
Allow marinating for 5-10minutes.
SEASONED GREEK YOGURT
In a separate bowl, add the yogurt, oregano, 1/2 of the reserve minced garlic, salt, and pepper and mix well until a thick dip-like texture forms.
PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER
Grab a nice serving plate and smear all of the yogurt onto the plate and with the back of the spoon create a wide circle with fluffy overlaps.
Top the yogurt with the marinated tomatoes. Pouring excess juices, optional, and highly recommended!
