Instructions
Cut and Toss:
Wash and cut sweet potatoes into wedges.
Drizzle sweet potato wedges with oil.
Combine spices in a small bowl.
Sprinkle sweet potato wedges with the spice blend.
Air Fry in Batches:
Preheat your air fryer to 380°F.
Arrange wedges in the basket (don't overcrowd) and cook for 15-18 minutes per batch, flipping halfway through.
Keep Warm:
Transfer cooked wedges to a baking sheet at 220°F while you cook the remaining batches.
