Storage Tips:

Serve: Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or fry sauce.

Air Fryer Sweet Potato Wedges Recipe FAQs:

Why are my sweet potato fries not crispy in air fryer?

The most common reason you end up with soggy sweet potato fries is due to overcrowding. Do not overcrowd the sweet potatoes when you place them in the basket for cooking. If the basket is overcrowded, it prevents the sweet potatoes from cooking evenly.

Should you soak sweet potatoes in water before air frying?

While others may recommend soaking your sweet potatoes before cooking them in an air fryer, I do not find it necessary to complete this step. In my experience, this step does not make much of a difference.

Are air-fried sweet potato fries healthier than regular fries?

Yes! Air-frying recipes are a healthy alternative to other cooking methods as they do not use oil. The difference between air-fried sweet potato fries and regular fries is nominal. Please see the information at the bottom of the recipe card for the total nutritional value of these sweet potato fries.
