As a mom of three amazing kids, I wear many hats, but my favorite is definitely Chef Mom. For me, cooking is about more than just feeding my family—it’s about filling hearts and souls, too.

Outside of my home kitchen, my passion for food comes to life at Posh Plate, where I’m the photographer and social media manager, sharing these heartfelt dishes with the world.

Expertise

I have developed and photographed recipes for Food Folks and Fun and Posh Plate. Whether it’s a rustic homemade pie or a sophisticated gourmet dish, I use my eye for detail and passion for food to turn ingredients into mouthwatering visuals. Each image I create is designed to make you crave a bite and reach for your apron.

As the co-owner, photographer, and social media manager at Posh Plate, I’ve gained a deep understanding of how to pair a recipe with imagery that tells its story. My goal is to ensure every photo inspires viewers to not just look but to recreate and enjoy the dish in their kitchens.

Experience

I spent years as a medical assistant, but my heart longed for something more comforting—warm, delicious, and full of soul. So, I traded my scrubs for a camera and graduated from the Pretty Focused Photography Course.

Now, I blend my love of healthy, flavorful dishes with my passion for capturing food at its most irresistible. No bland shots here!

Fun Facts About Me

  • I was a gymnast for 15 years, flipping and tumbling my way through life!
  • Being the youngest of four definitely has its perks—like being the obvious favorite (wink, wink!).
  • Whether it’s biking, swimming, hiking, or shopping, I’m always up for trying something new—especially if it means exploring new places.
  • I love making memories with my kids! From fishing and biking to cheering them on at lacrosse and soccer games or spontaneous shopping trips with my daughter, those little moments mean the most.
  • Pilates and self-care keep me grounded and feeling my best.
  • I traded my East Coast roots for Utah’s stunning beauty, but my love for adventure hasn’t changed one bit!
