In a mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix well until a delicious homologized dressing forms. I like to mix well for about one minute straight to crush the garlic a little better and force those ingredients together.
Enjoy immediately over a bed of salad or use it for a marinade (see notes).
Notes
If using this dressing for a marinade. I would use this recipe for every 1 1/2 pounds of meat. Multiply according for the best results.Don't have parsley? Use dill, fresh mint, or oregano instead.Don't want garlic breath? Use ginger in place of the garlic.
