Add the cottage cheese, almond milk, vanilla, frozen strawberries, honey, and ice to a blender.
½ cup low-fat cottage cheese, 1 cup almond milk, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 2 teaspoons honey, ¾ cups ice
Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Pour into two glasses.
