Instructions
Bake the Crust
Prepare and bake one batch of Cottage Cheese Pizza Crust according to the recipe instructions. The crust should be golden and set before adding toppings.
Assemble the Pizza
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the pre-baked crust, leaving a small border around the edges. Top with mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. Add parmesan (if using) and your desired toppings.
Bake the Pizza
Bake the assembled pizza for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden brown.
Slice and Serve
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for 2–3 minutes. Slice with a pizza cutter, then garnish with fresh basil or red pepper flakes, if desired.
