bag cranberries rinsed and drained

ground cinnamon
Instructions
In a medium saucepan over high heat, bring the orange juice, orange zest, sugar, and salt to a boil.
Add the cranberries and bring the mixture back to a boil.
Reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 5-6 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and about ⅔ of the cranberries have popped open.
Stir in the cinnamon.
Transfer the cranberry sauce to a serving bowl, let it cool to room temperature, and serve or chill until you are ready to serve.
