This Sheet Pan Beef and Broccoli recipe is your new best friend when you want an easy and wholesome home-cooked dinner. It delivers a bold flavor that is better than your favorite takeout.
1 ½poundsbeef round sirloin tip thin slicedcut into 2 Inch pieces

MARINADE:

1teaspoongarlic powder

1 ½Tablespoonscornstarch
½cupwater

Instructions
Add the sirloin, broccoli, and onion to a Ziploc gallon bag.
In a small bowl, add the soy sauce, garlic, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, salt, and pepper and whisk until combined.
Add the marinade mixture to the gallon bag, seal it, and massage until everything is covered in the marinade. Let the bag sit for 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 425°F, spray a sheet pan with nonstick spray, and set aside.
Spread the meat and broccoli mixture over the sheet pan and bake for 15-20 minutes.
While the sheet pan is baking, make the sauce.
Add the soy sauce, garlic, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, salt, and pepper in a saucepan and whisk until combined.
On high heat, let the mixture come to a boil.
Add the cornstarch to the water and whisk until dissolved.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and whisk in the cornstarch mixture until the mixture thickens.
Remove from the heat and set aside.
Pull the sheet pan out of the oven and drizzle the sauce over the top.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion if desired.

Store: Leftovers keep well in the fridge for up to 4 days in an airtight container.Freeze: You can freeze the cooked beef and broccoli (without sauce) for up to 2 months. Reheat gently and add fresh sauce if possible. Note that the broccoli will not be as crisp when reheated. Reheat: Microwave or warm in a skillet with a splash of water to loosen the sauce.
