How to Make Strawberry Santas

- Beat the cream cheese, then mix in powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Put the filling in a piping bag.

- Cut strawberries in half. Pipe filling on the bottom half.
- Top the filling with the other half of the strawberry.
- Add mini chocolate chips as eyes and a small squeeze of the frosting on top before serving.

Recipe Variations
- Instead of monkfruit powdered sugar, you can use regular powdered sugar.
- We like using low-fat cream cheese for these but feel free to use full-fat.

Strawberry Santas
Ingredients
- 1 pint of washed strawberries and stems removed
- 8 ounces low fat cream cheese softened
- ½ cup monk fruit powder sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 Tablespoons mini chocolate chips
Instructions
MAKE THE FILLING:
- In an electric mixer cream the cream cheese until light and fluffy.
- Add in the powder sugar and vanilla extract until combined.
- Add the filling into a piping bag with a small tip.
ASSEMBLE THE STRAWBERRIES:
- Cut the strawberries in half.
- Place the bottom of the strawberry half on a platter and pipe the filling on top.
- Place the top of the strawberry on top of the filling.
- Add two mini chocolate chips as eyes into the middle of the filling pointy side down.
- Serve and Enjoy!
