Recipe Variations

  • Milk Options: Substitute almond milk with oat milk, coconut milk, or regular dairy milk if preferred.
  • Protein Powder: Use vanilla protein powder or any flavor you love.
  • Sweetener: Replace maple syrup with honey or a sugar-free syrup for a lower-calorie option.
  • Chocolate Chips: Opt for dark chocolate chips for a deeper flavor or dairy-free chips for vegan hot chocolate.

Storage Tips

Refrigerator: Store leftover hot chocolate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Reheating: Warm in a pot over medium heat, stirring occasionally, or microwave in 30-second intervals until hot.

Protein Hot Chocolate Recipe FAQs
